A powerful American Bison moves through a swirling grasses, its massive form surrounded by the restless movement of two European Starlings.  Their flight adds a quiet sense of motion and scale to the composition.

Rendered entirely in pen and ink, this original illustration balances intricate linework with the bold presence of the bison. The sweeping grasses create an almost dreamlike environment around the animal, suggesting both the wildness of the landscape and the interconnectedness of the creatures within it.

All of Lauren Marx’s products feature her original artwork, known for its intricate detail and emotional depth. Her pieces explore themes of nature, decay, mythology, and transformation, often combining anatomical elements, flora and fauna, and surreal hybrids in richly layered compositions. Each design is drawn and painted entirely by hand and reflects her signature blend of beauty and the macabre.
Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders within two weeks, though our small team strives to fulfill your order much sooner than that!
Domestic USA Orders:
We'll cover the cost of shipping your order to any U.S. address (including Alaska and Hawaii) when you spend $120 or more.
All domestic USA orders ship with USPS and tracking numbers are provided. Shipping Times:1-4 weeks within the continental United States.
International Orders:
International orders shipped with DHL, which handles package delivery up to the destination country's border, where the host postal service takes over. That means tracking info may not be up to date once it reaches the customers destination country, as some countries do not update travel information in the DHL system where the tracking number originated.
Shipping Times: 2 weeks - 5 months for international orders depending on the country (Though most arrive in less than 2 weeks)
Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds may be granted for merchandise only in the event of lost packages, damaged merchandise, or shop error. No shipping charge refunds. Funds paid for shipping are remitted to the carrier for delivery services and not eligible for refunds by our shop. 
Exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances. 
Please note that prints are limited edition and signed by the artist. They often sell out, which means that in the event of damage or loss, a replacement print may not be available.
