Shipping policy

Shipping Window
We ship all orders within two weeks, though we strive to fulfill your order much sooner than that! Most orders are fulfilled weekly. We are a small team and reserve the two week window to accommodate travel to in-person gallery events, book signings and art shows. 

Domestic USA Orders:

Free Shipping Over $120 -We'll cover the cost of shipping your order to any U.S. address (including Alaska and Hawaii) when you spend $120 or more.

All domestic USA orders ship with USPS and tracking numbers are provided. 
Shipping Times: 1-4 weeks within the continental United States. 

International Orders: 

International Shipping only available through DHL due to USA tariff frees, customs declarations and individual country tax rates. 

Framed original artwork can not be shipped internationally. International orders placed with framed original artwork will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Times: 2 weeks - 5 months for international orders depending on the country, items purchased and customs clearance. (most orders arrive within 2 weeks)

Packaging
Prints are packaged in a clear plastic sleeve and gently rolled into a heavy-duty cardboard mailing roll. Stickers and postcards are packaged and mailed in rigid cardboard envelopes. Clothing and apparel items sent in waterproof poly mailers. Original artwork is packaged in a clear plastic sleeve, protected with heavy-duty cardboard packaging, and shipped with tracking and insurance. Ordering mixed merchandise from the above categories may result in multiple packages to best protect your items during transit. Regardless of what you purchase, your order is fulfilled and packaged by our team that knows and loves art. With over 32,000 sales on Etsy alone, damaged products are exceedingly rare. 

Shipping Carrier
We do our best to get your order out the door quickly, but once it leaves our hands, it’s at the mercy of delivery services, weather, and sometimes, plain old bad luck. The delivery estimate at checkout is just that, an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Shipping fees won’t be refunded due to delays or delivery problems beyond our control.
