Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Each pre-order product will have an estimated ship date. Other products purchased in the same order as a pre-order item may or may not ship separately.

We collect full payment for pre-order items at the time your order is placed. Based on the number of pre-orders we receive from our customers, we secure the item from our suppliers. Depending on the nature of the item and policies of our supplier, we may be able to cancel a pre-order for a customer before it ships. Contact us in the event you need to cancel a pre-order. 

Subscriptions
We do not offer subscription services at this time.
