Refund policy
Refunds/Exchanges:
Refunds may be granted for merchandise only in the event of lost packages, damaged merchandise, or shop error. No shipping charge refunds. Funds paid for shipping are remitted to the carrier for delivery services and not eligible for refunds by our shop.
Exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances. If you have questions about an item, please ask before ordering.
Please note that prints are limited edition and signed by the artist. They often sell out, which means that in the event of damage or loss, a replacement print may not be available.
Refunds for damaged merchandise: Refunds may be given for damaged merchandise when proof of damage has been provided, and/or USPS/Carrier has marked the tracking details as damaged. Once returned, our team will notify you of the refund and replacement merchandise can be purchased through the shop.
Incorrect Address/New Address: All merchandise is shipped to the address provided by the customer. No refunds for merchandise or shipping charges will be refunded in the event of customer address error or mail forwarding issues.
International Lost Shipments: Merchandise will only be refunded after a five month period if the order has been lost or not delivered. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees. Long shipping delays are not unusual for international orders.
Refunds for Lost shipments: Refunds may be given for lost merchandise when proof has been documented by USPS/Carrier. USPS will mark the tracking details as LOST. Once it has been documented by the carrier, our team will notify you of the refund and replacement merchandise can be purchased through the shop.
Shop Error: Merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded in the event of shop error.
Shop Cancellations: We reserve the right to refuse and cancel an order at any time. In the event of a shop cancellation, a full refund will be issued for merchandise and shipping charges. Shop cancellations may be due to, but not limited to, one of the following: emergency, illness, licensing/copyright infringement by customer, harassment or rude behavior of customer.
Framed original artwork is not eligible for international shipping. It simply will not make the journey and is absolutely irreplaceable. If an order is placed for original artwork to a destination outside the United States of America, the order will be cancelled.
Cancellations & Changes
Sometimes your order is received and shipped the same day. Depending on our travel schedule for in-person shows, we may move fast to fulfill your order. That means we can’t promise cancellations or edits to your order, even if you contact us before the shipping email hits your inbox. Customers must confirm the accuracy of the shipping address provided.
Backorders
Online inventory displayed with each item is accurate and all items are in stock and ready to ship at time of order. With all art prints being individually numbered and signed by the artist, no items will ever be backordered.
